We are pleased to announce that as of March 2024, Lees Group will be transitioning to a new
name – AB Equipment Marine & Industrial Power.

This change reflects AB Equipment’s commitment to providing dedicated products, service,
and support for the Marine and Industrial markets of NZ, now and for the future.
This transformation brings together the history of Lees Group and directly draws on the
extensive resources and capabilities of AB Equipment.

By further aligning our operations under the AB Equipment umbrella, we are positioned to
offer an improved level of service and products to meet the evolving needs of Marine &
Industrial businesses across New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

Key brands in our portfolio remain; engines from world leading manufacturers FPT and
Hyundai Infracore (formerly DOOSAN), Marine transmissions from ZF, Twin Disc & D-I Korea,
in addition to the Zenith Isuzu Marine Generators, offering you access to top-tier global
products renowned for their reliability and performance.

Marine customers will find an ever-increasing regional network of dedicated Marine Service
Dealers available, providing full parts, service and technical support for the Marine brands on
offer by AB Equipment, whilst Industrial Power customers will continue to see improved
benefits from the broad range of services and expertise provided by AB Equipment's
extensive 18 branch network throughout NZ.

We are excited about this transition and the opportunities it presents for our valued
customers and Service partners. We want to assure you that while our name may be
changing, our core values and commitment to support you and the products remain
unchanged.
